Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Shipping takes 7-14 business days
Q: What are "business days?'
A: Business days, also known as "working days" are Monday-Friday 10am-5pm only. Saturday-Sunday are not considered business days. 
Q: What shipping company is used to ship order?
A: We mainly use USPS, but can also use UPS and FedEx
Q: Why is my order shipped in multiple shipments?
A: Do not be alarmed, all our products are not fulfilled and shipped through the same fulfilment center, but several. Depending on your order and order volume you will receive multiple shipments.
Q: Will my order arrive all at once?
A: Depending on the items and volume of items being ordered, the order will automatically come in several different shipments, because it is being shipped by different third party fulfillment centers. For example, lets say you placed an order for 5 items, there is a possibility that 2 out of 5 items may come earlier and the other 3 may arrive a few days later. 
Q: What happens when I do not receive all my orders at once?
A: Do not be alarmed, they will all eventually arrive within 7-14 business days.
Q: If I placed an order for the wrong item can I exchange it?
A: No exchanges, you will need to return the incorrect item back to our return address and we will simply refund you once the item is received and you can place a new order.
Q:How long does a refund take?
A: 5-7 business days back to the original purchasing account
Q: What do I do if I received the wrong item?
A: Please contact us within the first 48 hours of receiving the item so we can solve the issue. Email Us at kittykartelmerch@gmail.com OR through the Contact us page on our website with your order name and order number as the subject.
Q: What happens if I placed an order but the clothing does not fit?
A: Send us an email to kittykartelmerch@gmail.com with your name and order number in the subject and explain your issue in the body of texts and we will give the next steps.
